Lips – the Ultimate in Drag Dining

Lips is an awesome drag queen dining/show experience. Each table has its own “waitress” who after taking your drink and food order, will change outfits and come out to sing a song. Each show has its own host, who are hilarious with a bite. I have celebrated both a friend’s 25th birthday and my own 30th birthday! The first time our waitress dressed as a pregnant Britney Spears and sang “Oops, I Did It Again.” This time around our waitress Eva came out dressed as Katy Perry and sang “I Kissed a Girl.” While the food is decent, you hardly even notice what you ordered as you laugh your way through the evening. And, let’s be honest – you aren’t there for the food anyway. The whole evening is a blast. Lips is great for a bachelorette, birthday, or just a fun night out with friends.

Be treated like the queen that you are! You can pre-order a cake in the shape of a crown, lips, penis or boobs. Choice of strawberry shortcake, chocolate or vanilla. When you order a cake for a special celebration, the guest of honor will have their “15 minutes of fame.” You will get a special birthday song, a souvenir photo and card taken with one of their glamorous drag queens. My strawberry shortcake crown was delicious! Cake prices: Small $55 (5-8 servings), Medium $65, (10-15 servings) Large $75 (20 servings)

From their website: We can help you plan everything from a “drag dinner” to a “diva cocktail party.” So if you have a party with 1 or 200 guests, we can make it happen. We have the best shows in town with the most glamorous drag queens.

love it, girl! amazing! i’m so psyched you took the plunge and finally just started a blog. better to get somewhat acquainted with how this works first than jumping right into a website when you’ve had no practice – start small. grow big!
